The Franschhoek Summer Wines Festival will take place in Leopard’s Leap Family Vineyard, on the 8th of February. It aims to be relaxing and intimate. The theme for this year is “elegantly white”. Franschhoek’s finest wineries will be showcasing their premium summer wines.
This year, the wineries taking part are La Bri, Morena, Moreson, Anthonij Rupert Wines, Noble Hill, Bellingham, La Motte, Solms Delta, Grande Provence, Boekenhoutskloop, Haute Cabriere and Cape Chamonix. It’s the perfect festival for wines lovers to browse at their leisure, whilst sipping on these superb wines.
Tickets cost R120 per person which includes a tasting of all the wines on show. Visitors will be able to enjoy the wines, food and view from12pm to5pm. The mouth-watering food is prepared by the chefs in the Leopard’s Leap Kitchen.
